The Bouquet Pass isn't quite like a typical subscription. A few answers to the questions that come up most.
You pay upfront for a set of bouquets — four or eight, one per week. Each week, the atelier composes a seasonal bouquet in your pass format and lets you know it's ready. You pick it up at the atelier on the day that suits you that week.
Discovery is four bouquets — a month of flowers, a way to test the rhythm. Resident is eight bouquets, priced lower per bouquet, for those who already know they want flowers in the house every week.
Not per stem — that's the point. The atelier chooses what the season offers at its best that week, and composes with it. You can tell us about allergies, colours to avoid, or a general palette you love. We take it from there.
Let us know and we'll hold that bouquet for the following week. Your pass extends accordingly. The aim is to give you flowers — not to penalise a full schedule.
The Bouquet Pass is pickup-only at the atelier — that's what keeps the price where it is. For one-off orders or special occasions, Brussels delivery is available on request with an additional fee.
Yes. Send us a message with the recipient's name and contact, and we'll arrange a gift handover at the atelier or a first bouquet delivered with a card.
Passes don't auto-renew — there's nothing to cancel. Each pass runs for its set number of weeks, then stops. When you're ready for more, you buy another. If you need to pause mid-pass (travel, a week off), just tell us.
