Who we are

Madde Atelier is a small floral design studio based in Brussels, Belgium. We offer made-to-order, seasonal floral arrangements for pickup and occasional delivery. Our website address is: http://maddeatelier.com.

Orders & payments

By placing an order through our website or Instagram, you agree to the following terms:

  • Orders are confirmed only after a deposit is received by bank transfer. The deposit amount depends on the total value of the order and will be communicated when the order is placed. The remaining balance must be paid either by bank transfer or in cash at the time of pickup. Orders are prepared once the deposit is received.
  • If you wish to cancel your order and receive your deposit back, you must do so at least 14 days before the scheduled pickup or delivery. After this period, the deposit is non-refundable.

Flower availability & design

  • All our arrangements are made with fresh, seasonal flowers, which may vary slightly depending on market availability.
  • While we always respect the agreed style and color palette, we do not guarantee exact flowers. Any substitutions are discussed and communicated in advance with the client.

Pick-up & delivery

  • Pickup is available by appointment only at our studio in Brussels. The full address will be shared once the order is confirmed.
  • Delivery may be available upon request and is subject to availability and additional charges.

Privacy policy

We respect your privacy. When you contact us or place an order, we may collect the following information:

  • Any other information you voluntarily share when placing your order
  • Your name, email address, phone number, and/or Instagram handle
  • Your pickup or delivery address
  • Any other information you voluntarily share when placing your order

How we use this information:

  • To confirm and fulfill your order
  • To respond to your inquiries
  • To ensure a smooth customer experience

Your data is kept strictly confidential and will never be shared with third parties, except where required by law. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at maddeatelier@gmail.com.
